What to expect when working with Fortified.

We’ve built a simple, streamlined process to help you confidently guide your clients through buying a Fortified home—while keeping you informed and in control every step of the way.

1. Register Your Client

You can register your client in two easy ways:

  • Submit their info through our website, or
  • Share their details with our team directly

This ensures you’re properly credited and your client is in our system.

2. Schedule a Tour

Contact our sales team to set up a private appointment for you and your clients.
We’ll prepare a tailored tour and be ready to answer questions specific to their needs.

 

3. Tour Our Model Home

During the visit, your clients will:

  • Walk through our model homes
  • Explore features and finishes
  • Learn about current incentives

We currently offer homes in Bella Piazza and The Oaks, with additional build options available.

4. Stay Connected

After the tour, we’ll create a group message with you and your clients to:

  • Keep communication clear and organized
  • Share updates and next steps

You remain the primary point of contact for your clients.

5. Move Forward With Purchase

When your clients are ready:

  • We’ll prepare the purchase agreement
  • Handle key details like buyer info and deposits
  • Walk everyone through next steps

Incentives can be applied toward closing costs, upgrades, or more.
